1. Refund Application
1.1 Customers ( “Users”) may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or activated.
1.2 All refund requests shall be submitted through our customer support channels and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
2.1 No refunds shall be granted once an activation key has been used, regardless of the duration or extent of use. Digitally delivered goods (e.g., downloaded software or unsealed digital products) are not eligible for unconditional refunds according to the law.
2.2 Refunds shall not be granted if the software fails to run properly due to incompatible devices or failure to meet the minimum system requirements. Please ensure that your device and system meet the software's requirements before purchasing.
2.3 Subscription services are non-refundable during the active subscription period, but customers may cancel auto-renewal.
2.4 Refunds for products or services not purchased directly from CrossDriver website shall not be processed by CrossDriver. Please refer to the refund policies of the relevant dealers.
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Upon refund approval, the product activation key may be deactivated.
3.2 Eligible refund requests shall be processed within 7 business days, and the refund will be returned to the original payment method.
3.3 The refund amount exclude any payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, or bank charges.
3.4 If the refund request is not made within the time specified in this Refund Policy or not following policy guidelines, CrossDriver reserves the right to reject the request and is not liable to the customer.
4. Exceptions
4.1 If we fail to deliver the purchased product due to technical reasons, a full refund or replacement will be provided.
4.2 This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights stipulated by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China in accordance with which this Refund Policy is governed by and construed.
